bimforce legert een uitgebreide set diensten, ook voor praktische vragen. We verzorgen BIM Management op projecten, maar kunnen ook kwaliteitscontroles voor modellen inrichten en uitvoeren.
Hierbij gaan we volgens een vast format te werk, om een optimale kwaliteit te garanderen.
1. Kennismaking: Wat is uw vraag? Waar heeft u concreet behoefte aan?
2. Inventarisatie: Om welk project gaat het? Wat zijn de uitdagingen en risico's? Waar liggen de kansen?
3. Plan van Aanpak: We maken een plan met duidelijke afspraken, taken en verantwoordelijkheden.
4. Uitvoering: Vanzelfsprekend voeren we ook de werkzaamheden uit die we hebben afgesproken. Dit wordt altijd gedaan door de persoon met wie u de afspraken heeft gemaakt.
5. Oplevering en Nazorg: We blijven in contact om te zorgen dat alles goed verloopt.

At Bimforce we believe that the best way to communicate during the BIM process is based on 'Open Standards'. This ensures future-proofing and long-term support. To date, the construction industry has not been able to come up with a clear solution for communication between different platforms, standards and critical business applications. That is why Bimforce develops its own software tools and offers custom solutions.
These are application independent and facilitate cross platform communication.

Voorbereiding
Voorafgaand aan het project onderzoeken we uw huidige workflow, informatie- en communicatiebehoeften, en de aanwezige BIM-bibliotheken en tools. Dit doen we om ervoor te zorgen dat het project zo soepel mogelijk verloopt en alle afspraken goed aansluiten bij uw manier van werken. Daarnaast kijken we waar verbeteringen in efficiëntie en snelheid mogelijk zijn. Indien nodig adviseren we u over de beste (technische) invulling van uw BIM-project. Dankzij onze brede en onafhankelijke kennis van beschikbare software en tools kunnen we de juiste set tools voorstellen voor elke gewenste workflow.
Pilotprojecten
Bij BIM implementaties is het werken met een pilotproject een veelgebruikte manier om standaard documenten, werkmethodes en templates te ontwikkelen. Omdat dit op projectbasis gebeurt is er meteen een koppeling met de praktijk.
Maar dit is qua planning wel een uitdaging. In de voorbereidingsfase voor het project, en die is niet zo lang, moet een standaard werkmethode worden ontwikkelt en uitgevoerd. Bimforce helpt hierbij door zowel standaard documenten, templates en workflows aan te leveren, als op projectniveau de benodigde controles en werkmethodes in te richten.

Daarnaast kan Bimforce ook controleren of projectspecifieke afspraken zijn nageleefd. De controleregels die we hiervoor opstellen, kunnen we na afloop van het project aan u overdragen, zodat u in de toekomst zelf de controles kunt uitvoeren.
We kunnen checks uitvoeren op bestandsformaten van Revit, Navisworks en IFC (via Solibri Model Checker, Bimcollab Zoom of Bimvision). Uiteraard kunnen we in elk van deze producten ook uw eigen modelcontroles voor u instellen.
